  • Welcome back from maternity leave Mrs. Broyles and a shout out to Carreno for committing and following through with starting the school year and getting those 2nd graders off to a great start!
  • Shout out to Gallegos and Ms. Morris for having a growth mindset, their commitment and willingness to learn to run an effective AVID program has had incredibly positive results with our 6th-8th graders who are part of the elective.
  • Shout out to the 5th grade team, Mr. Hernandez, Ms. Ruppert, Ms. McDonald, Ms. Calimbahin and Mrs. Cortez for committing and following through with the AVID goals for elementary and having all students keep an organized binder to keep all their work and notes organized and easy to access…organization is an essential skill for college and career!
  • Shout out to everyone who came to the holiday party on Friday, it was so great to see all the support for Feaster and enjoy a well deserved night out!

Additional Information

  • The Achieve3000 Level Set test is being taken school wide! Please have a conversation with your students about the importance of taking their time on this assessment.
  • The Winter Book Fair is starting on Monday, December 17th! There is a sign up sheet in the lounge if you would like to take your class.

  • Achieve3000 is hosting a Make the Break contest where students can win prizes by reading! Please pass this information on to your families.
  • Our Girls on the Run assembly has been rescheduled to 12/19/2018 at 1:00 for 3rd-5th graders and 11:30 for 6th-8th graders. All girls in 3rd-8th grades are invited
  • Feaster Farm will be presented with an award from Toshiba at the CVESD January Board Meeting on 1/23/19 at 6:10 PM. We hope to see you all there!
  • We have had a lot of iPad devices that are not charging. To fix this, please have the students turn them off and then back on. This has typically resolved the issue!
