Shout-Outs
- Shout-out to Ms. Maria Lopez and Ms. Cerda for preparing their second graders last year to be ready for 3rd grade this year. About half of their students are currently meeting their grade level lexile goals in both in English and Spanish! #soarofftocollege
- Shout out to Ms. Heather Galyen for being so organized in leading our EduAbroad ceremonies and very diligently using google translate to bridge the communication gaps we encountered throughout the week! #growthmindset
- Shout out to our upper grade teachers for graciously hosting our Chinese students over the past three weeks! We appreciate you opening your classrooms to our visiting students. #weincludeeveryone

We highly recommend purchasing the $50 insurance; please see the attached Staff AUP for more information!
- Benchmark: students can easily log in to their Benchmark by going through their email or the CVESD district website. We would recommend having students save the website to their home screen. To see how students can access Benchmark, check out our Youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QIUfTGYssY4
