Shout-Outs

  • Thank you to our Football & Cheer Coaches, Ms. Stewart, Mr. Guglielmo, Mr. Johnson, Mr. Thorburn, & Mr. Nickeson, for demonstrating and modeling the core value of Committing & Following Through. Our elementary football team won their first game last week and we had a full team of football players supporting their team members and displaying great sportsmanship. Our cheerleaders were also in full uniform cheering them on and pumping up the crowd! Thank you Coaches for your commitment to the sports program and our teams, our students are lucky to have you as their coaches!
  • Strengths Focus –This week we are highlighting two strengths! Shout-out to all the ADAPTABILITY & ANALYTICAL Falcons on Campus. Thank you for flexibility (adaptability) and thoroughness (analytical)!

o ADAPTABILITY – flexible, goes with the flow, easy-going:

Information

  • Annual Notification Forms- Please contact parents by calling or via Class Dojo. These forms were due before we left for Fall Break, and we still have several that have not been turned it. Please see Anabel for more information or for another copy.
  • GATE Certification Informational Meeting– If you are interested in being GATE Certified, there will be an informational meeting on Monday, 10.9.17 @ 4:00 Hilltop Drive Elementary.
  • GQ – Gentlemen of Quality – Mr. Reggie and the GQ Committee are looking for gentlemen to join GQ. If you have someone to nominate please submit the form that was left in your box into Mr. Reggie by October 6th.
  • New Character Strengths: Please take some time with your class to teach and celebrate our two new Q2 Character Strengths: Curiosity & Self-Control (school-work)
  • Email Groups: Feaster Charter now has a whole staff email group, FeasterStaffGroup, that should be used instead of the Feaster Distribution Email. You can find this by going to the groups section under your folders on your Outlook Email. To make sure that your email shows in everyone’s inbox, make sure you click the icon at the bottom that says, “group broadcast” when you scroll over it. Please see Heather if you need support using this.
  • Donors Choose/Feaster Blog: Mrs. Walker is available to help anyone who is interested in funding a project for your classroom find the resources or set up a Donors Choose.
